We recognize the importance of your trust in our products, which is why we provide a comprehensive warranty policy, specifically tailored to meet the distinct needs of our diverse product lineup.


Our warranty coverage is thoughtfully designed to vary with each product, ensuring that each item receives protection that is reflective of its unique use and manufacturing specifics. This meticulous approach allows us to offer robust support and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and product integrity.

The EVOLV warranty is applicable to our range of PPF products (excluding accessor​ies), provided that they are used, transformed, and implemented in accordance with the specifications detailed in the EVOLV technical data sheets and application guides. To activate this warranty, you must register your product online at our website within 30 days following the purchase of an EVOLV protection film.


Eligibility for this warranty requires installation by an EVOLV-certified installer who has participated in EVOLV PPF Training within the last two years and has maintained proper care of the product.


It is your responsibility to verify and test the suitability of the provided information regarding the products for your specific application. The EVOLV warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered? This warranty covers material defects only. It applies strictly to issues such as Cracking, Peeling, Delaminating, Bubbling. These must occur under normal use and conditions. Please note: Labor costs, repainting, or vehicle surface repair are not included in the warranty coverage.


The warranty does not cover the following:

- Damage resulting from improper installation

- Scratches, dents, or impact-related damage

- Neglect, misuse, or use of harsh chemicals on the film

- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., acid rain, salt, excessive UV)

- Failure to follow recommended aftercare and maintenance procedures or no annual inspections

- Unregistered warranties — the warranty must be activated online within 30 days of installation

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact the installer who performed the original installation. If they are unavailable, reach out directly to EVOLV. You will be referred to an authorized EVOLV installer for an inspection of the Protection Film. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, EVOLV will authorize the installer to carry out the appropriate remedy.

Please retain this warranty card and the original invoice, as both are required to receive warranty service. Important: The warranty must be activated online within 30 days of installation to be valid.

To ensure efficient handling of warranty claims, all submissions must be made through our Warranty Support system by the authorized EVOLV installer. Failing to submit through this channel will result in an automatic rejection of the claim. Upon submission, you will receive a support ticket number, which you should retain as proof of your claim and for reference during any follow-up communications.

In instances of product failure that form part of your warranty claim, it is mandatory to include photographs and videos with your initial ticket submission. This documentation is crucial for the swift processing and resolution of your claim.

Please notify EVOLV of any product performance failure within 30 days of its occurrence.
